Diary of a Thin Hair Sister
I am right at the beginning of my sisterlocks 'journey' and very pleased and proud that I finally made the decision. Being a tad surprised (shocked?) at my thin hair, I thought that I would chart my progress and share my experience with a community of people both looking to start or already on their sisterlock voyage. (Do not make copies of my photos!!)

I so adore your glasses and your locks are looking good!!
Yeah! Thank you so much!
...about what?
I think the design on your t-shirt calls attention to your chest...
Is that what you meant? Oh, and your hair is NOT thin. Perhaps you should change the name of your blog! :)
Looking Great and I am loving your hair!
OMG! What about the glasses? The glasses are the thing... I think...(breast reduction will be a separate post ;-)
I'm not totally sold on your glasses. (Well, you asked...)
I think they shut down your pretty eyes a bit too much, instead of highlighting them. Perhaps a burgundy frame would be better -- or maybe some colored eyeliner would do the trick as well.
Brunsli: I agree! I'm not sold on them either. I don't think that the shape is right for my face or that the style is correct for me. I only wear them when I am alone in the office... Thanks!
I think you look rather distinguished with those frames. And, wow, has your hair thickened.
love the shape... perhaps a more brownish color, or framless glasses might be better.
I like the glasses they are nice.
Who knew you were wearing glasses? It's a shame I had to find out on my sister's blog...lol
Brunsli's comment is one to consider...a color frame emphasizes eyes and skin color also the color provides a different look to the overall look.
These are your first pair...you'll buy more once the j.o.b. kicks in!
BTW: You hair is looking good!
Ya know, I like the glasses even if your eyes appear smaller the specs are quite stylish!
You don't look better with the glasses on but I did read somewhere that employers hire people with glasses 50% more than people without.
Statistic or not I wear my contacts and not my glasses to every interview I've ever went on because I feel more confident in my contacts.
Your hair looks awesome and remember that some women are willing to pay for a chest like that.
thanks for being so open and candid.. You are a very intelligent sista..and your locks look fierce!

I LOVE your hair...and I think the glasses add that intellectual look and are rather fly.
Simply lovely!
